These graphics were created for a rural food festival held outdoors in northern Alberta.
Project Introduction
Sturgeon County approaches us to redesign their Sturgeon County Bounty Culinary Cookout materials, a summer foodie paradise located outdoors in Cardiff Park every summer. We worked on creating a fun brand for this festival and brought a lot of illustrated elements to this piece. We quickly started to work on other projects for Sturgeon County, we worked on marketing for the Business Directory and Community Profile, their Canada Day Festivities and graphics to promote them during the summer airshow!
Specific Details
Each project that was introduced needed a specific design aesthetic, with some projects being more fun and others more corporate - we had to change and adapt the style for the target audience.
Interesting Facts
For the last airshow, we created a huge interactive display for Sturgeon County, with many custom illustrated airplanes on the backdrop. We had oval holes cut in the fabric to accommodate people's faces so they could place themselves into the visual and use it as a photo-op. #StartinSturgeon
